Machining

Cutting work is a processing technique to scrape materials such as metal, lumber, plastic with blades and cut them into desired dimensions and shapes. The advantages of cutting work are to manufacture a wide variety of shapes and to finish with high precision. Cutting work has a very wide range of applications. Laser Processing

The energy of the laser is focused through a lens to cut, drill or to mark as scribers on processed goods such as metal. Turret punch press* enables us to process even thick and thin sheet metal, which are thought to be difficult, and is ideal for processing complicated shapes as well as small lots.
*Turret punch press which is also called "NCT" is the common name for a press machine that is mainly used for processing thin sheet metal work.

Plate Working

Plate-working, simply put, is a process of producing three-dimensional structures by carving complicated shapes from metallic plates such as iron, then bending and welding them. Largely, it is the production of canned-shaped products such as boilers and tanks, but also includes processing of thick steel plates, shaped steel products, and steel frames.
